• Mailing / SMS by changes in the contract. The program can automatically send messages to customer when the status of his contract is changed. All messages and statuses are adjustable. It is also possible to send automatic messages to technician when assigning the order.
• Integrated designer of print reports. Allows the user to have the maximum editability print output including own calculations, formulas and charts creation. Among the basic composition belongs a service list with a confirmation for a customer, service protocol, complaint sheet, complaint report and price list of works and materials. There is also a number of surveillance reports, for example, statements of work, turnover chart for a period, graph of the proportion of work according to individual technicians or summaries of contracts for the selected period. In the module of the equipment evidence there is the basic print report the service book devices and card of facilities. Except the integrated print reports the user can also create any own ones and add them to the program menu.
• Device evidence. The module of device evidence is a device that registers the most important features of serviced facilities in relation to service contracts and claims. For each device you can set a regular service interval – so called service cycle. Color highlighting displays and assigns the device according to the maintenance cycle. At any time it is possible to generate a service book for the equipment based on service contracts including the material used. You can add attachments to the device such as documents or photos.
• Claims Management Program can be set up purely for guidance and monitoring of complaints.
• Multi-user mode. The program is tailored for current work of more workers (technician, telephone operator, workers of stores ...).
• Network version. You can work with the program in full-featured network via TCP/IP (LAN or Internet) or using a terminal solution.
• User Accounts. It is possible to limit certain users right in the mode of enabled users accounts (the inability to change program settings, the inability to delete contract, etc.).
• Portability. The program is designed as portable, easy to install on another PC by simply copying the program folder, no registry entries, it works only in its folder. The most important configuration files can be stored directly in the database, so they are immediately available to all clients.
• Automatic backup. The program supports automatic database backup to the backup disk.
• Update via internet. The function shall always have the latest fixes and enhancements.
• Fulltext search. Program searches in fulltext according to an unlimited number of terms.
• Data exports. Data from the database can be exported to csv or Excel. Print reports can be exported to pdf, Word, Excel, OpenOffice or sent by e-mail to a specified address.
• Evidence of work and material. It is possible to specify in advance the work and material that will pre-offered while working with the program. It serves not only to speed up the work, but it can be also printed in the form of a price list or can be exported to Excel.
• Own number lines. If you do not like a simple numbering of contracts, you can use your own, which expands the number of options. You can also select a different line for contracts by type, such as warranty and non-warranty ones.
• Visibility of data fields. If you do not need some data fields, you can easily disable or rename them and use them for another purpose.
• Adjustable filters. Filters indicate a list of contracts according to certain criteria. Filters can be modified or you can create new ones. This function requires knowledge of SQL.
• Attachments to contracts and customers. Program allows attachments to contracts such as photos or any other files, it is possible also to customers in the directory and devices in the module of equipment evidence.
